MoGo LLC is a boutique civil litigation firm located in Colorado. Our company was founded by Rodney Monheit and Katherine Goodrich after working at a handful of larger civil litigation firms for several years. During their tenure, Rodney and Katherine saw how clients were treated at other firms: clients were often an afterthought to the whole litigation process. Many firms treated their clients more as a number than as individuals. Rodney and Katherine sought to change that client-attorney relationship and, as a result, started MoGo (Monheit and Goodrich combined).
Our civil litigation attorneys in Colorado are responsive to our clients' questions and are always open to talking through case theories and explaining the litigation process. We understand that when you hire an attorney, you are looking for help in dealing with a legal problem. We will work tirelessly to resolve your issue and will keep you updated and informed at every step along the way.

Katherine Goodrich is a founding partner at MoGo LLC. Katherine has succeeded in cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals, and, along with co-founder Rodney Monheit, has briefed appellate issues as amicus for the Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association and succeeded in convincing a federal court judge that the insurance carrier's interpretation of its own policy was without a basis in law.
Katherine is passionate about helping policyholders impacted by disasters across Colorado, such as those recovering from the devastating East Troublesome and Marshall wildfires. She volunteers with United Policyholders at pro bono clinics to help policyholders understand their rights and options during the claim adjustment process. She prides herself in her ability to understand her clients' issues and to translate those issues into real pay-outs that better her clients’ lives after an insurance company's unreasonable behavior following a natural disaster.
Katherine also has years of experience as an employment law attorney, both advising business owners and litigating wage and hour, discrimination, and unlawful termination issues on behalf of employees.
Katherine has been recognized as a Super Lawyer: Rising Star since 2023 due to her work as a top-rated civil litigation attorney in Denver; and as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, since 2024, in the practice area of Insurance Law.
Katherine grew up in Ontario, Canada, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In her free time, Katherine ventures outside of the office to seek adventure in the Fraser Valley.

Rodney Monheit is a founding partner at MoGo LLC. Rodney cut his teeth in appellate advocacy in a complicated cross-appeal where he successfully defended a $1.8 million jury verdict while simultaneously reinstating over $600,000 in damages that the trial judge had nullified. Since then, his clients have enjoyed tremendous success in all types of property insurance disputes.
Rodney’s primary focus and passion is on protecting consumers. Whether they are homeowners, commercial property owners, or roofing contractors, Rodney strives to help his clients navigate through a tough legal system which, at times, feels specifically designed to wear you down and make you accept defeat. Rodney makes certain that your insurance claim sees its best day in court and will put in the work to thoroughly research your case for a more desirable result.
Rodney has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, since 2024, in the practice area of Insurance Law.
